Coffee spoon in my tea!

Now i know there are many important issues in life and his is not one of them, but i HATE when people stir my tea with a teaspoon that was in a coffee cup! I dont like my tea tasting of coffee, if i wanted coffee i would have asked for coffee.

Does this bug anyone else or am i on my own??

If you don't like how I do your brew, you have another choice...There's the kettle, there's the tea caddy, make your bloody own.

i use same spoon for both and can honestly say i cannot taste the coffee in my tea.

I've got a friend that's the same so I've learnt to rinse the spoon between stirs otherwise I get moaned at.

What I do is stir his tea....Then tip the milk over the spoon and then stir my coffee.

i really dislike coffee so any amount is going to taste like a lot to me. i know its trivial but hey, thats just what i felt like sharing with!

I truly hate it when waiters taint my coffee with Cointreau. I only drink it because I don't want to appear rude...

Funny what upsets different folk.

I'd have said you were being oversensitive as there would be next to no coffeee in your tea. Then I recall if I get hot water from the vending machine to make a cup soup with, and it looks less than clear, I pour it away and go for another one. Luckily it's free vend.
