think its pinched nerve in groin area; what can I do besides pain killers

mumsie the kids will cope better than me.....have just had a swim; pool 30c, like a bath and eased the leg a bit but have resorted to a stick for support.

I phoned the doctors once when I had a trapped nerve in my coccyx. They told me, they knew it's difficult, but to try and keep moving. Best of luck tamborine!
