3 Answers
Just wondering how your shoulder is? I've been to see the consultant today and I have to a operation too as i've got impringment syndrome and they are going to shave some of the bone away and do something to the AC joint! How long were you off work for in the end? They've told me 4-6wks :-(

Couldn't be better, almost back to normal - only thing that is taking the time is putting my arm up my back, as though you're unclipping your bra but that was always going to be a long job. Can almost move shoulder the full range though and am not hindered really at all. It's reckoned it will be about six months before it's 100%. Am riding (horses) driving (horses and cars) and doing most things without too much worry. Much, much better than before the op and the best thing I ever did was having it fixed. Anything else you want to know please just ask. BTW I don't work but would suspect it depends on your job - I was driving within 10 days - that was naughty cos I changed gear with my right hand and back to riding/driving within a month. Am not lifting anything too heavy though. BTW am well into my sixties.
