Feeling Down and Can't Seem to Feel Better
8 Answers
My car was written off last week, due to being burnt out. I am sad about that as I've always had a car to rely on for work etc. I am lucky a I can use my other half's car.
We have just received notification from our Landlord that they would like possession of the house by 25th October. This has made me feel even more down, as it's difficult to find nice houses down here. I hate having the agro of moving. Maybe it's because I like stability or something?
My other half has a job interview up north, (home), and the first interview is end of August. There are 2 interviews involved. Fingers crossed we'll be moving back up home and live in our own house and not worry about landlords etc.
I don't know what to think and do, as I feel we are in limbo at the moment. Every morning I feel panicky and depressed. I am getting myself out but can't help this feeling. I don't think I cope with stress very well at all.
Any tips or helpful advice anybody can give?

Try to remove as many other potential stresses/obligations as possible, e.g things you fell you ought to do but the world won't come crashing in if you skip them once or twice. It cuts you some slack to focus on and deal with the rest
just pick one thing to do and concentrate on doing it 100%, don't think about doing anything else you have to do.
e.g if you do the dishes just focus on getting that one thing done thoroughly before you start something else, that way you will get through and have some sense of progress and achievement, however small.
