Having had a wee google, I think if it is gout, it was triggered by dehydration. On Friday, i was really busy at work and it wasn't until I was having dinner that I realised that apart from my milk in my cereal, I hadn't had anything to drink all day. Cracked on with loads of housework on Saturday so didn't drink much then either. Have only had one small bottle of fruit juice and one glass of squash today too so just going to have a couple of glasses of water - probably be up half the night needing the loo, but the dehydration would probably explain the headache and tiredness too I think!
