LOST VOICE (JANE) ON OUR TOM TOM SAT NAV

We have somehow lost Jane on our Tom Tom and need to load it up again. Neither of us really know what we're doing and wouldn't want to lose the maps too - someone else set it all up for us originally but he's no longer available. Is there a very simple way to do it please?

Just google -tomtom
and follow the instructions but you will need your password / product code that is in the box

You could also get the three files you need from another TomTom owning friend.
