What would happen if you ate a whole nutmeg? (apart from it tasting pretty manky!)

You would proably die. Nutmeg contains some potent compounds which would result in halucinations increased heart rate and prbably death. I recomend just a sprinkle on an egg custard.

My friends and i once ate about 6 each (when we were young and stupid...). We are all still very much alive and kicking. They make you feel a little stoned but they arent very potent. taste pretty manky = understatement!!!!
