There was a great text post in yesterday's Evening Standard:

"Dear woman who takes the Northern line two stops south to get a seat at Colliers Wood and travel north: I don't mind you changing your shoes, doing your make-up, and even brushing your hair on the platform, but please would you put your deodorant on before you leave the house?"

So - does she whiff, or does she roll-on in front of the other passengers?!

Hmm maybe she sprays and gets him in the eye?
I'd say she stinks!

It fascinates me how women sit all the journey doing their makeup - everyone knows what they look like when they get on the train!
I could never do that! I agree, what's the point. Surely you could just get up ten minutes earlier and do it at home!
I don't mind them doing their makeup on the tube, but what strikes me is they don't look any prettier once they're done!!!! Lol.
Lol! I think some people do look much better without all the war paint.
I saw that, I was wondering if she was a jogger or something hence the change of shoes and make up but the smelliness, (if she had a run before work like).
Oh yeah, she could be a jogger.
Although, that means she must have ran in her work clothes... or got changed on the platform!
Wonder if it's JJ? :P
No it's not JJ. She smells nice.
maybe the young lady needs to spray underneath first.......
Trouble is, she's the train driver.
Remember Geoffrey Howe's trousers stolen on a train? Dressing on a train could be more embarrassing than we think.
Oh what a miserable routine she's in. Time to take the tube 2 stops in the wrong direction in order to get a seat on the train going back again so that she can put her make up on....but why not make time to put it on before she leaves home?

Makes me very feel lucky to be me today.
^^^ and yes I think she fills the carriage with the deodrant spray.
perhaps she has six kids to get off to school before she leaves home?
Maybe, but why do all that and then take the tube back 2 stops just to put the make up on? Wouldn't worry would you?
bad back? I do that sometimes. (Though without deodorant application en route.)
