I few days ago I had just arrived at Asda with 2 young children in the car and parked in a parent & child space. I had already got 1 child out and she was stood at the side of the car next to me while I got my baby out. This woman who was parked in the next spot to me (also a p & c space) said "can I open my door"? As I was in the middle of undoing straps and needed my door open I thought how rude but stopped what I was doing to close the door and let her open hers. Then I noticed she didnt have any children with her so I politely mentioned that she was in a p&c space. She immediately started swearing and shouting, all in front of the children, and told me she would park where she effin wanted to! Then I was still getting the baby out and she started her engine up and it was obvious she wasnt going to wait for me to move so I was forced to wait and get hold of the toddler too before she mowed her down stupid cow! She reversed out and was still shouting abuse loudly at me out of the window. Called me a effin stupid b1itch! I was left with such a nice feeling of happiness and thought if only all fellow citizens were so friendly, dont you agree? :)

Was dying to shout back but I'm a respectable childminder lol and was working at the time so have to be very careful hee hee. If she had caught me on a weekend I would more than likely have yelled back. I just laughed at her and shook my head in disgust.

Similar thing happened tome a while back in our local shopping center car park. I stopped at a crossing to let some people cross and started on my way again, when a few yards on two stupid women just walked out in front of me. I obviously braked so as not to run them over and one of them decided to stand in the road and give me a mouthful. I have no idea what she said but I could tell it wasn't a friendly thank you. I was totally bemused, how is it my fault that you walked out in front of me. There are some seriously unhinged people about.

LOL at RedHelen.....things like this get a bit heated, but we dont really know the full story here anyway to be honest....why should the other person wanting to get into her car have to wait ? She may have had a bad day or in a rush to get somewhere and I do draw the line at parking in disabled spaces these people cant help a disability...having children is a matter of choice. This woman may have only parked there for a very valid reason when all said and done....
