I'm worried. I have arthritis in my knees (and ankles) and I've realised that I can no longer stand up straight with my feet together. It's as if my knees are in the way. My feet are about a foot apart when I try. I know that I am walking funny and the soles of my feet really hurt (throb/fizz) all day, even when I barely walk. I didn't expect to get this at 41! Anyone any ideas of what I can do to help stop this getting worse? Walking is very hard due to the arthritis in knees and ankles and so is standing. Help very much appreciated!
