Dreaming about toilets

Do you have dreams about toilets?

In my dreams I often find myself looking for a loo. I hunt through corridors and up stairs and finally when I find it right at the top or the back of the building, it has no door; or I dream of a toilet isolated in the middle of a very large room; or rows and rows of loos arranged in a communial way.

(Always clean thankfully!)

I've always wondered if anyone else dreams of toilets?

Oh thank the Lord that someone else has those dreams. I've "suffered" from them for years.

Glad its not just me! Used to have regular dreams about toilets, they were always hard to find, then when I did find one it would be impossible to use, eg 20 feet high, or in a really public place!
Haven't had those dreams for years though.

I`ve had them too although not that frequently. My dream is that I`m in a public loo but there is no privacy - either it`s got no door, or everyone else can see into it.

My worst one is when there's a toilet but it is the very middle of a large room but there's no lock on the door. I can often be hunting for a suitable toilet in huge toilet blocks; one will have no lock, the next no door, the next one has a broken panel where people can see in etc etc. It's always to do with having no privacy. It certainly doesn't reflect my real life.

Phew thanks horseshoes and slinkycat - I'm not alone!!

My loos are never blocked or dirty or anything horrid, just a bit exposed. The dreams are not as often as they used to be but have a familiarity about them.

When you have these dreams do you wake up because you need to visit the loo? I sometimes have dreams like that but it's all because nature is screaming at me to wake up and go!

I've had the same dreams in the past.. I think it's a fear of public humiliation.

Snap horseshoes - all of those and nothing I can relate to the real wordl.

Another favourite is cubicles with no side walls, or doors front and back, but never any locks. LOL!

That's it exactly Maidup. Exposed and no locks - not dirty. I don't think it's because I'm scared of public humiliation though.

I also get that dream, but it;s always a filthy toilet, or everyone can see me doing my business and I have no privacy,

The toilets in my dreams were never dirty either, sometimes too exposed, but mainly difficult to reach, I would find one then have to hunt for a ladder to climb up to it!
