A film, black & white, a comedy and music question (just the one)

This is a question which you either know the answer to, or not. I'm sorry but it's an annoying question with many answers, only one of which is right.
I am searching for a piece of music. This music was a recurrent theme in a film I heard either in the 60s or 70s. The music is a stirring orchestral piece which is reminiscent of the navy but it's not a known piece like anchors aweigh or anything like that.
I think that the film it was in was a jolly jape which I thought was called "lock up your daughters" but I can't find the theme online anywhere to check. it is not the stage show musical score.
I appreciate this, for those who can help.

This music would fit wonderfully with a video I'm editing (for fun, not professionally) which is why I'm desperate!
