The best I can suggest is to ring the London Travel Information line. I won't put the number here in case it's wiped by the editorial gremlins (no offence AB Ed!) but you'll find it at the bottom of http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/contact_home.shtml .

What ever travel compamy you used phone the lost property department

I'd thought that as well, but Missy hasn't said whether she thinks she's left her pass on a bus or not.

The Information Line ought to be able to point her in the right direction for what to do next though.

Look at another persons pass in your area, its probably got a number to ring. good luck
