Can anyone tell me why my skin around each eye is yellow in colour?

They are cholesterol deposits and can often be seen in some patients with inherited or familial cholesterol. I am not saying that is what you're particular condition indicates, but I would pop of to your GP to have yourself checked out, failing that get you blood cholesterol measured at your pharmacist.
