I ordered a beauty kit online, I got a concealer included! but the concealer just seems to be a pencil.

Some of them are. Just use it the same as other concealers.

Apply in dots to the area to be concealed, then blend :)

lightly colour in the bits you want concealing and then blend...

Take a reel of thread, or a bag of breadcrumbs just in case :)

if its too solid to dot on your face try rubbing it on your fingertip or something dolt..or stick it on a radiator to soften it
