Statisticians have looked at days of women's cycles, and counted the number of pregnancies which started on each day of each cycle, and they came to the conclusion that pregnancy can begin on any day at all of any cycle. No single day can be ruled out. ( Especially if you regularly or occasionally ovulate from both ovaries in the same cycle.)
