Orange e mail 'glitch'
A friend is having a problem with their Orange e mail account. Every time they log on they get this:
"Sorry, there is a glitch with this service.
We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it.
Please try again later."
They also get a 'security alert' when logging on to the e mail account and their own account with Orange.
This is since Orange did a revamp of their site.
I live in a different town and can log on to their e mail perfectly.
I went up to their house yesterday to try and sort it out, phoned Orange only to be told they were experiencing very heavy calls and either have a very long hold or try again another day!
I sent Orange an e mail asking if they were dealing with the problem and just got an e mail back saying that as I am not named on the account they cannot discuss anything with me. I only wanted to tell them about the problem and let them deal with it!! The person involved does not really want to phone Orange themselves.
Is Orange at fault or could it be some setting on the person's computer that is wrong?
