Cross crawling is what you need to do. This will integrate both sides of your brain and help all co-ordination problems and give your brain a boost. The idea is to touch opposite sides of your body. For example, (you need to be stood up) use your left elbow to touch your right knee or use your right hand to touch your left ankle (raising the leg, not bending right down to touch it!) Keep doing this in an even motion for 3-5 minutes in the morning and evening (or whenever you feel you need a boost). Sounds crazy but it works. For more tips, look up "Brain Gym" on a search engine.
