My mum a very small kitchen and she is having a lot of trouble with condensation and I think a de humidifier may help. Does anyone know if this would be the answer and if so can you get quite small ones and she wouldn't have room for anything large. Thanks.

De'Longhi do a compact one (DEM10) but I think an extractor fan or even an open window when she is cooking would be more effective.
you can get small ones from Coopers on line ..I think my other half paid about £20 for 2...he keeps them in his metal shed with his toy trains !!!
Agree that extractor fan is better solution. Most department stores or electrical retailers sell dehumidifiers.
ventilation while and after your cooking / washing is the answer to steamed up bathrooms and kitchens de humidifiers do work but can be expensive to run and have to be on for a few hours at a time don't get on less than £50 ,there no good under that
150mm extractor fan Linda. It's a much better solution.
