Befar (Alprostadil cream) for ED is now available in China and most of Asia. Who is selling it on-line?

Makers NexMed pint out on their website that "These products are under development in the U.S. and have not been approved for sale and marketing" even though they aappear to be selling the cream in Asia, as you say. If lack of approval in the US suggests all tests haven't been completed, I would recommend waiting before trying the stuff! As for buying online - presumably the fabled sites that sell Viagra have some. Not sure where to suggest you look.
