What could be the cause of oestrogen being present in a 4yr old little girls wee ? We are worried to bits, and she doesn't go to the hospital till next Thursday

Oestrogen in the urine of a child does not necessarily indicate a diseased process. so try not to worry.
It may indicate a condition known as "Precocious Puberty"...Google it...this is by far away the most commonest cause.
Very rarely........extremely rarely......it may indicate the presence of infections or other abnormalities.......let me stress....extremely rare and unlikely.
