Nervous feeling

No reason! Just a horrible nervous feeling in the pit of my stomach!!

Does anyone get that!? Its horrible! Feel like i have to take a big deep breath!

Ooh sorry tinks. It won't be that then. I think you could get the same sort of panic attack at any age though, only not so bad. Sorry about the faux pas, or as my son always calls it the foxes paw.

I get that as well, suddenly got it and a near panic attack yesterday when setting off to go shopping, not felt like that for a long time but I do just get it suddenly for no reason. I just speak out or in my head and laugh and tell it to go away :)
