Which is the best hair clippers to buy for home use?
17 Answers
I am not quite sure if this is the right area for this question but need to ask it anyway. Can any of you ABers recommend a brand of electric hair clippers for me as I have just managed to burn mine out? I was cutting my hair the other day and they just stopped. I was hoping that it was just the thermal cut-out cutting out but it was not. They are done for, I am sorry to say.
Would I have to buy proper hair stylists clippers or can you get a decent brand for home use? I would like some that do not break down after 5 minutes which the last lot seemed to do.
Thanks in advance for your ever helpful replies.

Wahl is a well-respected brand, which is used by many professional hairdressers. Prices start from around £11 (but go much higher!). Look at the star ratings here and then, for further information, click on the bracketed number alongside the stars - That let's you read the detailed reviews:

I see the Grammar Police are on holiday today. What I should have said is "Which ARE the best clippers to buy for home use"?
Sorry about that and thanks for your answers, folks. Would one of you like to cut my hair for me. That would be helpful as have often been mistaken for a werewolf even in the middle of the day.

It took me a while to find the best Hair Clippers for my hair as it's quite thick, I finally bought the Babyliss 7475U Hair Clippers, reason being the reviews were really good and they had strong blades and various guard size options.
I definitely recommend them, this was the website I used for reviews - http:// www.bes thaircl ippers. co.uk
