one foot in the grave expert????

Hi! Are there any experts out there on One Foot In The Grave episodes? There are so many episodes I am wanting to watch again, but I dont know the titles?? I know the descriptions if this helps:

1) the episode where "the laughing policeman" theme tune and Victor cant get to sleep
2) the episode, where Victor & margaret are sorting food for these caterers, and margaret ends up taping "The Bill" for them! Plus Victor has a cold and ends up getting something a "stronger" for his liking at a video rental shop
3) the episode where there is an old lady, who sleeps in Victors bed and goes to the toilet in the night, plus she crawls down a lampost, and Angus Deaton uses the words "lady from cocoon"
4) the episode, i think was a christmas special, where Victor and Margaret go to a posh restaurant or something, and Victor goes to the toilet and gets his fly hole stuck. He stamps the floor in the cubicle and the floor starts to move down level, into some kind of strip club

Please if anyone knows what episodes these are please help me!!!
