Tender/Swollen Lower Abdomen

Not sure if I can explain this properly but here goes. I've been feeling very uncomfortable right at the bottom of my abdomen, under where I'd say my belly starts, like a semi circle with the bladder being the middle.

It feels a bit swollen and hard to touch and feels almost like something's being pulled and is very tender and tight if I stretch up a bit.

I wondered if it could be from my gallbladder op, seems a bit low down but with where the wounds are and being pumped up with gas though this might be an explanation (don't want to look dim in front of a doctor if so and it'll just settle down). Also had ongoing possible uti issues with things showing up in urine tests on and off but no bacteria found...yet anyway - and antibiotics having no luck - more wee and swabs done and awaiting results). Maybe inflamed tubes or something but it's more along than up if that makes sense (or I need an anatomy lesson)?

Another thing that crossed my mind ws maybe swollen lymph glands as I think there are some round your groin but i'm not too sure where they actually are! Had lymphocytes show up in my blood so maybe some kind of viral thing. Glandular fever was tested for and ruled out.

If anyone would shed any light like if they had similar after gallbladder op or like surgery and I can stop worrying or other ideas it'd be very welcome. Now I have had skanky gallbladder out I'm determined to get back to some kind of normal :)

Extremely unlikely to be anything to do with your gallbladder operation.
Not convinced about it being lymph glands.
Nothing sinister springs to mind.
Monitor the situation.

Ah good :) Thanks sqad. I managed to google a think about lymph glands and how to check and can't feel any nobbly bits - always assumed it would be like a long swelling, maybe the word gland having thought they were long I guess!
