The soles of my feet, well the bones in them, have become unbearably painful. In the day, but particularly at night, they throb like mad. What is this ?

Neuropathy is a good suggestion ,I have this and it is murder I take large doses of Oramorph ,I also wear Pain patches these are very strong I wear 4 and change every 3 days's, apart from these I take other prescription pain relief
I went to our Hospital where there is a Pain Management consultant, they are very good ,at the end of the day you are the only one who knows what pain you are in ,please speak with your Doctor and sort out some help with your pain ,once you have your prescription it is then up to you to work out what you need to relieve the symptoms.
Good Luck Kind Regards

Difficult to say without more details.
Besides M.E and fibromyalgia have you any other underlying medical conditions?
What medications are you taking?
For how long have you been experiencing these symptoms?
Are the legs swollen, and or discoloured.
douglas's suggestions are contenders BUT of course one has to be a diabetic before one develops diabetic neuropathy.
I look forward to your responses.
P.S Have you seen your GP and have you had any investigations...blood tests etc?
