Astral Projection

Is Astral Projection really possible, has anyone on AB managed to do it at will ?. Please only give serious answers as this is a serious study & I would like to get good feedback. TIA.

It is really easy to test this. Tests are sometimes run in operating theatres so that people who say they have had "out-of-body" or "near-death" experiences can be questioned after they "come back" into their bodies. A piece of paper with one word written quite large is placed on top of a piece of furniture or equipment, so it would not be visible by anybody in the operating theatre without a ladder. If the patient claims such an experience, ( almost always the experience of being close to the ceiling and able to look at one's own unconscious body) he or she is asked what the word was. Nobody has yet reported the right word.
