Online CEH qualifications

Hi guys,
I'm looking at an online CIEH qualification (Level 2 i food safety), as it seems this will increase my employability when it comes to changing jobs.
I'm a bit sceptical of the value of an online CIEH qualification- there's so many online providers and they're very evasive as to the exact nature of the qualification I'll receive. Some "work alongside" the CIEH and some offer an "equivalent" qualification. One website even lets you print your own certificate!

Does anyone have experience of these websites and how they're viewed by employers? Can anyone recommend one, or a training firm? I'd hate to be laughed out of an interview with a bogus, worthless certificate.

Go onto the CIEH website and look at their course finder. This will list all courses endorsed by them. Alternatively contact them with the course details that you have obtained online and ask them if it is geniune and recognised.
