i will keep you up to date so it keeps me on my toes, and so i don't stray..im so proud of myself, went to visit sister, and she had my favourite cooked-chicken and chips, i resisted it and went home after sitting there and not letting it get the better of me...
Be aware that initial weight loss is usually water. Also diets that depend on meal replacements often result in weight gain when proper eating is resumed.
The trouble with shakes is that it doesn't teach you what and how to eat. You end up going back to your old ways as you haven't actually educated yourself about how to eat healthily and less than before. You need to decide what to eat, when to eat it, and stick to that forever. Not fiddle around with weird fad diets that work whilst you are on the shakes, but leave you clueless about how to actually feed yourself long term.
Scarlet has siad it all. I would limit the loss to 2 pounds / week, thats a healthy limit. Your body can drop it'smetabolism drastically if it senses the onset of a famine and you end up eating less and gaining weight!
lost another 3 pound, strayed a bit at weekend....will never stray again. I am eating protein meal with salad aswell as shakes now. Don't worry im in control, yet!!!
