I'm worried i maybe experiencing the early menopause my period is 7 days late (pregnancy test negative) & i'm getting hot sweats

Sorry Chapz i was concerned i was pregnant, so relieved it wouldn't have been the best time, have been driving myself mad all week & my bf has been having a coronary, so relieved x
