dental plate

I got another back tooth out and a false one added to my dental plate. I have now gotten used to it but it rocks a little, left and right. Can I softe the plate a little to adjust it slightly because thats all it needs.

Alas no. You need to return to your dentist to either:
1) Adjust the denture (if possible) if there is some interference stopping it from seating properly
2) Reline the denture to improve its fit and improve stability
3) Start afresh with a new denture
