Milk is obviously dairy. Try porridge made with water and soya milk, or rye bread (wheat free) toasted with honey, organic peanut butter or houmous. The porridge oats will definitely stop you from feeling hungry all morning- and you can always add a banana to it!
Processed meat is pretty useless stuff nutritionally- it is mainly water, nasty off cuts of earholes and feet, mixed with sugar, salt and dye. You could have oatcakes, with or without houmous, mushroom spread, peanut butter etc, and add a fruit bar and some nuts. Or rice crackers. You could still have the occasional wholemeal roll or sandwich but make it from scratch rather than buy it. Use organic bread, and have tuna (in water) or mackerel salad rather than the meat.
Or you could make a potato salad with avacado and tuna/mackerel or 3 bean salad and take it in a tub to work!
All these take more time, but they are SO worth it!
