Withered finger

I saw a lady in her 70s a while ago.

She had a really long index finger, curved to one side, it was obviously deformed, quite thin with thread veins?....i always wondered what it might have been that caused it, she seemed healthy otherwise?

May well be a genetic disorder and she may well have had other abnormalities.
