2 x interviews - advice please
4 Answers
Firstly: Good morning everyone!
I currently work in an NHS Trust. I have 2 x interviews for different jobs within same Trust. 1st today and another middle of next week.
Although I "wouldn't mind" if I get today's job I really DO (really really really!) want next weeks interview to be successful.
My Q is: "IF" I was lucky enough to be succesful today I would need to accept but how would I turn this around "IF" I was lucky enough to get next weeks job too. I don't want to mess anyone around but I also dont want to turn down one offer in the hope that I get the job next week?
(Of course this is all wishful thinking I might get offered neither job...but I'm thinking "what if")

Most employers realise this - I wouldn't say at interview 1 that you are looking elsewhere, but if they offer it to you, then's the time to say "may I have a few days before I decide whether to accept, I am considering a couple of alternatives"
