Hay fever tablets

Just wanted to sing the praises of Aldi hay fever tablets, they cost a fraction of the cost of branded tablets - not advertising as such, just wanted to give people a chance to save money. (Putting this here because more people should see it.)

That's a really good tip, sherrard - thankfully I don't have to pay for my prescription, but some of the Aldi stuff is really good - and as you say, cheap.

The stuff I was using is £7 for one week's worth, these were about 90p and work in less than half a hour (well, they work for me).

There's a heatwave? The weather here didn't get that memo!
I hadn't noticed that Aldi were doing hay fever tablets, I did buy some of Tesco's own instead of one of the branded ones, they worked just as well. Will check out the Aldi version. There are often very good deals to be had in Aldi and in Lidl always worth a look.

I used tescos own brand for a bit too before it really kicked off. Then I need a nasal spray and eye drops, the tablets don't seem to be as effective but i hardly notice it when I've got my spray and drops.

My hay fever has been a lot better in recent years and I rarely need to take a tablet (when I do, I steal himself's expensive ones) but these have really worked this year. When we first moved here I took local honey but that can become quit expensive.

We use Morrions won 99p for 12, once a day tablets


I have a friend who wont buy anything other than branded ibuprofen. Why pay £5 for a box of Nurofen when you pick up exactly the same thing for 50p? No understand?

Are they suitable for littlies sher? Mi gets bad hay fever love her and we use benadryl but that can start to get exspensive.

Hello Hopkirk, he's gone even more mental now. We have received a letter from 'directgov' saying himself is parking in violation of parking laws, blah, blah, and that he has to take his documents into the police station. It's obviously a fake and we can only think it is from him next door - mad as a bag of snakes!
