Hi I have just got home from my exercise class and as usual I'm really hungary what would be the best foods to eat after exercise and also at this time of the evening?
When I used to go to the gym at night, I would always either have chicken or fish with veg and steamed rice. I tend to go in the morning (before I had my ankle op) and have porridge with blueberries afterwards. I think so long as it has protein, carbs and releases energy slowly then it should be fine. I am no expert though!

What and undo all my good work the reason for going to the gym is to keep the weight down as much as I would love to eat fish chips and apple pie which I do on occasions but I think I will go with the cereal and yogurt or porridge ideas
