T.J and the Salvation Army

T.J. was a very "nice" man if you get my drift, there he was Sunday morning making breakfast in his two up two down terraced house, wearing his silk dressing gown and pink slippers, when on the cobbled street came the sound of the local Salvation Army Band, Onward Christian Soldiers with the Major at the front with the collection box. So T.J. being a good Christian went to the door and when the Major came by he put £5.00 in the box, "thank you so much" said the Major "for that you get to choose a Hymn, which Hymn would you like" "ooooh" said T.J. in the must limp wristed voice you can imagine "I would like HIM with the big drum"

the reason you have not heard it before star could be that it is a true story, the initials have been changed to protect the innocent, he was a real character.
