Went for my appointment today but it was just an assessment, she said I qualified for counselling, should have my first appointment within the next six months, oh and I'm a hero for coping so well with everything.

good luck traci it i was told 6 months after being as you say qualified for it but got it within 3 so dont let it(the 6 month in your mind)
