Rumbling abdomen pain and nausea

I've been experiencing a very bad rumbling abdomen to the point where it's killing me its rumbling that much. I also have a sore lower left side pain sore to touch as well. I've noticed that for a few days I can only manage a few mouthfuls of food before feeling completely stuffed and have no appetite at all ive also had nausea to the point I could vomit but haven't. My toilet habits are normal and no gas or burping. I feel terrible :( I haven't been able to sleep because of it. I'm starting to worry what it could be? Any ideas?

26year old woman, losing weight for the past 6 months, seen by GP, nothing found, now left lower abdominal pain, no bowel symptoms, no idea of menstrual history or of post coital bleeding................nothing sinister comes to mind.

you have symptoms that are worrying you - go to your GP, if you are not happy, get a 2nd opinion. An on line diagnosis can only be inconclisive.
