Wnter Blues
3 Answers
In late autumn I begin a course of Fluoxetine tablets to allay the 'winter blues',I'm fine after two/three weeks, but for this time I have dreadful appetite problems, can't eat very much at all, and total aversion to cooking and food - can anyone else with this problem give me any hints as to how they overcame it? Thanks for any suggestions

Loss of appetite is one of the possible side effects of fluoextine. So I guess the only way to get your appetite back would be to stop taking them.
To be honest I'm also surprised you've been prescribed these for what you call 'winter blues'. It was also my understandin g that they take at least a few weeks to kick in anyway.
