When you say baby food BIG DAD, do you mean the milk formula or the jars?  Cos I used to eat the formula powder by the spoonful.  I loved it!  And when you think of the goodness in it.  I daren't eat it now (although still tempted) cos I need to lose weight!
I would have thought that baby food would be quite high in fat because of the calories a baby needs to grow, but I could be wrong.  Sounds a little strange to me though, baby food is for babies, not adults, the clue is in the name.
i dont think it would be healthy as bowels need roughage..and baby food is made for babies without teeth..as soon as they get teeth they get food to chew..long term it wouldnt be a good idea..
This isn't unusual. Baby food is full of many vitamins and minerals. It is fine for adults to eat it. It shouldnt be to high in fat or processed ingredients but the organic ones would be a safer option.
The dietry requiremnts for a child under 3 are different for an adult. however, unlikely to do any harm unless you only eat the baby food.

I love rusks. So does my mum and my sister, theyre just like big biscuits.
