The good news is that the only way is up from this awful day and we all know that you are a strong person and will come out of grieving, placing your memories in their proper places in the mind.

big hugs to all of you who need one. i understand how you are all feeling as i went through something similar last year. ((((((()))))). please help yourself as you need one.

a friend rang yesterday to say her mother had been disgnosed with cancer of brain and given 3 weeks at the most. the day before we had been joking and laughing at some silly thing.

naomi - hope you manage to contact the police with a description of this despicable person.

Sorry to hear that ummmm - it seems to be a rough patch for ABers at the moment...... ummmm, I am sure you have seen the advice and to think of the good times that you had. It does help!

I will - she was much better late last night after a couple of behind scenes e-mails and tel chats, I think all of us saying "hey, its not your fault and what you are going through is the "preparation" phase - carry on what you are doing, taking things day by day etc.........."

She has an MoT this morning, so one can imagine the fun on that - did you see my gness's holiday thread yesterday? She got a kick out of that.....

Thinking of you today Naomi, hope you are given love, strength and support ............... love and hugs ummmm, really sorry to hear your sad news too about your Grandad and also to anyone else who is suffering at the moment. It really makes you count your blessings when you hear of others much worse off than yourself. Nice kind caring thread DT, thanks - very thoughtful of you especially when you have lots of troubles with your own Mum.
