Well I measured myself on the height chart in Debenhams last week, I'm the height of an 11/12 year old - I'm 5 foot exactly. My husband is 5 foot 11.

Don't think I'd want to be with a guy who was shorter than me lol.

I'm 5ft 10 1/2" ( extra half inch matters to us tall girls too!)
In my high heel DM's ( red patent boots!) I'm well over 6ft & I LOVE it - fortunately Mr Alliegid is 6ft 3". When I was dating I always had lots of attention from tiny men - think they see us Amazonians as a challenge, but I was much happier with a tall bloke, who loves his size! Our youngest is 6ft 5" & has tiny g/f, our daughter is my height, and has a small b/f - just looks odd!

At 17 I went on a blind date to please a mate. I was 5'4" he was about 5'. I made a hasty retreat. So no I would not, did not go out with a man shorter than me. It must have been a problem for Ronnie Corbett though. I think his wife Ann Hart is about 5'8".

I just prefer taller guys... I even feel a bit awkward when I go out with my best friend and he's 5ft 6.. I'm 5ft 4 and half.. the half always counts!!

All my bfs have been taller than me. I'm 5'6 and I don't think I have dated someone under 6'0. Height (for some reason) is important to me and I don't know why but I don't know if I could date someone shorter than me.

My Dad is 6'3 and my Mum is 5'1 which is quite a funny sight, bless them!

I have suffered with a bad back over the years and just bending slightly to kiss someone would be a killer, so luyckily all my men have been taller than me. I'm 5' 5" ish.

I'm 5ft 10" and Trish is 5ft 4". One of my nieces has two girls who both take after their dad who is 6ft 3" and are both over 6ft in their bare feet, or as I once heard my mates grandson describe them 6ft leg and bouncing boobs.

I'm 5ft 9, well over 6ft in heels and I love it, OH is about 5ft 11. My first serious boyfriend was 5ft 7, and I worshiped him, I didn't give a fig about the height difference and he was a leg man ;)

When I met Mr S I was 5'11 in flat shoes ,he was 5'10.I towered over him in heels .
We've shrunk a bit in forty years and he reckons we're the same height now because I can't wear heels these days but he's still an inch shorter than me :)
