Poppy Appeal

Saw a friend wearing a lovely knitted red poppy last night, she had bought it from a craft fair with all proceeds going to the British Legion Poppy appeal.

I may try making one myself (and not forgetting to put a donation in a tin!)

Not unless you lose it. One cheapskate I know, wears the same poppy year after year. After wearing it, he puts it away safely for next year. Tightwad!

After watching the good that the British Legion do...I will not only buy a poppy every year, I will make sure I donate every year. They humbled me..

No it's not me honest. I always support poppy appeal.

There are lots of things to buy to support the poppy appeal. I bought some things as Christmas presents last year – and I have the Buckley crystal brooch. It’s quite pretty.
