Ever since British Summertime ended, my revolving pendulum clock has been losing about 8 minutes every hour. What is the best way to adjust this?

I'd suspect the BST thing is pure coincidence. Unless you nudged something changing the hour.

Does the clock not come with a manual for adjusting it ? If not can you find one on the Web ?
