sorry i never really finished it! its not that i think im preggers or anything but i just wanted to know is my cycle all messed up?? and how do i know its working as a contraceptive now?

antibiotics really mess up the effectiveness of the pill.  although they won't harm you what you are experiencing is entirely normal.

Go back to the doctor, tell him the time frame when you didn't take the pill and he can advise you.

Also ask for more information about the pill while you are there.  The pill is only effective if taken correctly and not in conjunction with other drugs.  Some more information could save you from any further unknowns!

BTW - if you're on the pill and become pregnant, you can still have a light period, called a withdrawl bleed - definitely best to get checked up.
