sorry if I sound like an idiot but whats the difference between airbooth tanning and airbrush tanning? also which is better?

I think airbooth is like the one Ross rom friends went into where its automatic and you have to turn at all funny angles to get sprayed evenyl. Airbrush is done by an actual person who controls the amount of spray used. Am not sure which one is better, but I have had airbrush and it comes out pretty good and is over in literally 10 minutes.
