ring worm!

Hi I have been suffering from ring worm for about 3 years each time i get rid of it it keeps coming back! any ideas?

Oh yukky! I don't know myself, but my hubby's family are all farmers and have all had it several times during the course of their lives, so I'll get back to you over the weekend if no one suggests anything in the meantime.

What have you used to get rid of it?

I have had it plenty of times, each time been reinfected its not the same spot coming up, can you count reinfection out? Do you have any pets that could be giving it to you that need treatment?
I always found Daktarin antifungal cream to be the best thing to use, make sure that you use it for about 3 weeks even after the mark has gone, it still lurks about so a good long course of
daktarin 3 or more times a day should do the job. If not see your doctor or pharmacist.

Canesten is also good for this, as an alternative to Daktarin. 

I presume you've looked at the obvious things, like your furry pets (if you have any).  They could be getting it and passing it on. 

I couldn't find any information on foods to eat or avoid, or similar tips.  I hope something breaks the cycle.
