Why Didnt 3 Month Old Baby Get Chicken Pox?
13 Answers
I went to see my daughter and 3 month old granddaughter on xmas day knowing that they had been in contact with someone with chicken pox a few days earlier, I thought it was a risk worth taking as no one in the house was showing any signs of shingles or chicken pox. I now have shingles but quite mildly, I think I have some immunity to it as I have had it twice before. I am rather surprised that still no one has chicken pox or shingles in my daughters house. Would the 3 month old baby have some immunity from mother maybe. just curious really.

My dad has never had any childhood diseases. I remember when my son got mumps (although immunised) and my dad popped in. I've never seen a man move so fast....
