Thank you so much....you are so very thoughtful, i was going to keep it quite. I feel so distressed with him passing away without seeing him for the last time. I wanted to visit him the weekend before he died, but due to problems at home, i was prevented from going, and only spoke to him briefly, promising him i was going to see him soon. I really did not think he would be no more. I have had the most awful couple of weeks ever, and just wish i could shut down.

phleb - that is so sad. but you cannot blame yourself. how would your brother react to how you are feeling now? i do understand but have the feeling he would want yuo to remember the best times not the worst or what you didn't do but what you did together and the love you shared.xx

How sad for you Phleb, only just read about your brother. Even sadder to happen on Christmas Day when everyone else is celebrating. My Grandad died on Christmas Day when I was 13 and I never forgot how I felt that awful day. God bless x
